One thing that we do when blowing up large balloons 24, 30, 36, 40, 48 with
the dual sizer is to never use the setting that that size requires for one
push of the pedal. If you have ever had a leaker or breaker you might find
it better to use a setting that requires multiple foot pedal pushes. 

For example when we did a couple hundred of the 24" helium filled balloons
we used a setting that required 3 presses or about 1/3 the required setting
for full inflation.

Also if you use this method and are using the air mixer value be sure to
immediately hit the foot pedal as the sizer stops since the mixer will allow
back flow.
