It's a book called "Harvey Potter's Balloon Farm" by Jerdine Nolen and Mark Buehner. It's about a guy who "grows" balloons as his crop. they come out as faces, animals and all kind of neat things. I thought I might use this book as part of my "act" at some of my smaller parties. Freda Ziggy the Traveling Balloon Lady
