I just went out and borrowed this book from my local library and have to report that it is delightful! The whole concept of what Harvey Potter does is ingenious, the text is written in pure "tall-tale" style, the illustrations are fabulous with colors that leap off the page, and the main character not only makes balloons, he dances!!!
